Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing AT Business Solutions & Laptop Distributors!

This policy outlines the delivery options and timelines for your orders.

Delivery Areas:

We currently deliver to all major centers and outlying areas in South Africa.

Delivery Costs:

  • Free Economy Delivery: We offer free economy delivery for orders valued at R750 and above.

  • Standard Delivery: A standard delivery fee will be applied to orders below R750. The exact cost will be calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery location.

 

Delivery Timelines:

  • Johannesburg: Orders placed before 11:00 AM will qualify for same-day delivery (subject to availability). Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered the next business day.

  • Main Centers (excluding Johannesburg): Orders placed before 12:00 PM will qualify for next-day delivery (subject to availability). Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be delivered within 1-2 business days.

  • Remote Areas: Delivery timelines for remote areas may vary. Please contact us for an estimated delivery timeframe.​

 

Priority Delivery:

Need your order even faster? We offer priority delivery options upon request. Contact our sales team at sales@atbusinesssolutions.co.za for a quote and estimated delivery timeframe.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the courier's website.

Delivery Exceptions:

  • Setup Requests: Delivery timelines may be affected if a client requests us to set up the purchased items. Please note that setup requests may require additional time and may potentially impact the original delivery date.

  • Other Factors: Delivery timelines may also be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, public holidays, or courier delays. We will do our best to keep you informed of any delays.

Damaged or Missing Items:

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or missing items, please contact us immediately at sales@atbusinesssolutions.co.za. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
